What this site collects, honestly.

This site collects nothing it can avoid. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no session recording. It sets no cookie either — the cookies page is short for that reason.

The contact page has a form, and it is the only place on this site where anything you type is sent back to us. It asks five things — your name, your work email, your company, the jurisdictions your stuck cases sit in, and what is in your queue — and it keeps those five things and nothing else. Not your IP address, not your browser, not how you arrived. Consent is a box you tick yourself, never one already ticked, and what gets stored is the sentence you read next to it, word for word, rather than a flag saying you agreed to something.

What you send is kept for 12 months from the day you send it and is then deleted by a job that runs every night — the same figure printed on the form itself, so you read it before you decide to type. Ask at hello@evixlab.com and it goes sooner. It is used to answer you and for nothing else: it is not sold, not shared, not fed to a sequence, and no one outside the founding team reads it. If you would rather leave no address here at all, the same address takes the same five things by mail.

Nothing on this page is fetched from anywhere else. The fonts are served from this site, the icons are drawn inline in the page itself, and the flags are drawn in markup — so reading this site sends your IP address to no third party. The caveat that stood here in the draft, naming Google Fonts, unpkg and jsdelivr, came off when the last of those loads did. It returns the day one comes back.

This page states what is true about the website. It is not the privacy notice for the product, and it does not pretend to be one: the notice required by Article 13 GDPR, the data-processing agreement, the list of sub-processors and the retention and deletion policy are issued with the pilot agreement, and none of them exists yet.

Questions about data: hello@evixlab.com — the address below the line is not confirmed yet, and this one stands in until it is.

Evix Lab

Evix Lab builds underwriting infrastructure for the KYB cases that stall — multi-jurisdiction structures, nominee arrangements, registers that cannot lawfully answer. Coverage is computed by versioned deterministic rules, every fact carries its source, and the sealed file verifies without asking us.
