pricing

Priced by how hard the jurisdiction is, not by how many checks we ran.

A UK limited company and a Seychelles IBC are not the same work, and a price per verification pretends they are. Every jurisdiction carries a complexity class, published on the sources page, and the class is what you pay for.

a per-case price by the highest class the case touches. nothing usage-based underneath it.

The four classes.

The same classes the sources page documents, jurisdiction by jurisdiction — all seven of them, with what each register answers and what it withholds.

class 1

The register answers everything the requirement needs.

  • Estonia
  • United Kingdom
quoted per case · not published
class 2

The register answers, and beneficial ownership comes from the company.

  • Canada
  • Cyprus
  • Hong Kong SAR China
quoted per case · not published
class 3

The register is restricted. Ownership arrives as attested documents.

  • United Arab Emirates
quoted per case · not published
class 4

There is no lawful route to the register for a commercial third party. The requirement closes on the substitute the jurisdiction accepts, or it is recorded as a documented outcome.

  • Seychelles
quoted per case · not published

We do not publish figures. The pricing model is still being set, and a number published before it is settled is a number somebody quotes back at you later. The classes are the argument, and you can check them against your own book before anybody quotes you anything.

Included in every case.

  • Every source asked, and the answer stored whole
  • The ownership graph to the natural person, or to the point where it stops
  • Coverage computed by rule
  • The decision file, sealed and exportable
  • Every version stamped on the result

Assembling it from your signed policies happens once, at the start, and is not billed per counterparty.

The honest part.

Onboarding is by hand while we run the first cohort, so the first engagement is scoped in a conversation and priced from the classes above. We will tell you the number in that conversation rather than after it.

Bring us the case that has been sitting the longest.

We price it from the classes above, in front of you, before anything is signed.
